W&W unleash new single ‘How Many’

Dutch duo Willem van Hanegem & Ward van der Harst – better known as the more succinct W&W – are back with one of their biggest tracks to date on their own Mainstage Music imprint.

The sweet pitched-up vocals of How Many give a knowing nod to classic happy hardcore and Eurodance and are counterbalanced with pitched-down snippets and cut-ups for that contemporary feel. The super catchy vox are matched up with one of W&W’s most powerful riffs to date, pounding kicks and other graceful little touches. With over 1.2 million plays across Spotify and SoundCloud in two weeks, it looks set to be one of their most successful releases to date.

Their special ‘Festival Mix’ versions of Justin Bieber’s Sorry and Adele’s Hello have also been doing major damage recently, with the former proving one of the highlights of their killer Ultra Music Festival set in Miami. With over 1.000,000 plays in a week on YouTube, their set has become one of the Top 5 most watched of the entire event.

With 30 dates in their DJ diary over the next few months, they are one of the busiest acts around. Upcoming highlights in April include Hakkasan Las Vegas, Tomorrowland Brazil, and the legendary Ministry of Sound in London.
